MASTERCHEF

As with many TV cooking shows, Masterchef, both in the UK and here in Australia, some recipes/dishes presented just stand out as, "Yep, gunna do that one". It may be the anticipation of new and/or combination of flavours. Sometimes it is just, "Wow, that looks hard but I'm going to give it ago".

Here are a few that I have replicated. Replicated successfully with a sense of deep satisfaction. Satisfied in the fact that not only do I get the chance to taste them but I get to share that experience with family and friends. I see that unless I replicate it, I will never get to try it.
