When it comes to seafood, there isn't any one favourite or preference. If prepared well and cooked correctly, most types will be eaten and enjoyed without question.
Actually, I must correct myself. Scallops, yes scallops, would be my favourite and most likely the preferred choice in most, if not all, circumstances. A well cooked and I must say, the freshest sashimi scallop will win hands down. I just love the flavour.
